We carried out a complex mechanical and electrical services upgrade at Holt’s Military Bank branch to form an innovative dual-branded NatWest and Holt’s bank.

We delivered a major mechanical and electrical services package which not only improved services but were designed with the aim of reducing running costs and enhancing the environmental performance of the facility whilst also providing a more interactive customer experience.

This contract included the design, installation and testing and commissioning of a wide range of services including:

• LED lighting installations
• Fire, safety and security systems
• All AV, IT and data
• Plumbing works and chlorination
• Air conditioning and associated ductwork
• Heating and cooling installations (VRV and VAM)
• Roof plant to service the new installations

These services were delivered as part of a larger fitout and refurbishment contract undertaken by Morris & Spottiswood and we worked in partnership with them to deliver efficiencies via the development of modular walls which were fabricated off site and prewired for ease of installation.

As part of our service delivery, two new apprenticeships were created as part of our CSR commitment.
