We provided a full M&E service to Costco for their newly built store at Hayes.

The project involved us working alongside the client’s construction team and other subcontractors, as an integral part of the project delivery team. To ensure that the best possible systems were installed, and to deliver maximum value for money, we had extensive input into the design of all M&E systems in the store from the initial stage of the project.

A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF M&E SERVICES

The mechanical works we delivered included the installation of new gas services to a wide range of equipment, including roof-mounted gas-fired air-conditioning units, bakery ovens, radiant tube heaters and kitchen equipment. We also installed metered mains cold water and hot water services, above-ground drainage, a condensate collection system, gas fired heaters, door curtains, an extraction ventilation system and an air conditioning system.

Electrical works included the installation of a full HDMI, TV and FM antennae set up (including digital). We also installed power and control wiring, switchgear, lighting and lighting control systems, emergency lighting to meet with British Standard BS 5266 and a fire alarm system in full compliance with BS 5839.
